To achieve this goal, we’ve partnered with Signature Safety to work with our own safety personnel. Their expertise helps us maintain a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with CHASP and JSAs, and provide valuable insights through job site walks and surprise inspections.

Our unwavering commitment to safety education is evident by our OSHA 30-certified Foreman, Journeyman and Project Management teams. They are dedicated to leading by example and continuously enhancing safety awareness.
Building a Safety-First Environment
We foster a “Safety First” environment through a comprehensive program that includes:
- Weekly Toolbox Talks: Addressing specific hazards and best
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Providing and enforcing the use of helmets, safety glasses, vests, and gloves as required by the tasks and conditions.
- Monthly Safety Inspections: Proactively identifying and mitigating potential
- Daily Pronovos System Log-in: Encouraging clear communication and record-keeping for safety incidents and near misses.
- Near Miss and Injury Reporting: Promoting transparency and continuous
- Site and Situational Awareness Training: Equipping our team to identify and address potential hazards on the job site.
